higher taxes slower growth = change you can belive in.
we will be paying more taxes, we will be less secure as a nation and will move toward socialism. and there will always be hatred and bigotry, BHO can't change that.
you can bet everyone's life will change if he gets in office, much more so than if Billary or McCain gets in. -

If Obama wins me and EVERY working American who makes $30,000+ will be paying at least $2,200 more each year in federal income tax. You working folks just think fuel is expensive wait until Obama hikes your taxes by at least $190. a month. I've always planned on moving to either Belize or Costa Rica and may have no choice if Obama gets his way and raises my taxes by an additional 12%. My financial adviser has informed me that I'd save the cost of the move and travel back and forth to the U.S. the first year in tax savings. I have two friends who will also make the move. One friend has already taken much of their engineering firm's business and support staff offshore/overseas. Obama being financial hostile to business/corporate America and financially successful Americans will cost the U.S. a fortune in taxes and jobs. -
MadHatter...Obama plans on letting the Bush tax cuts expire resulting in EVERYONE paying more taxes. Losing the Bush tax cuts means people making $30,000 will lose a tax cut of approximately $2,200 resulting in higher taxes. You do know how to use Google, right?

In 2007, past Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen Peter Pace, declared that today's military is not geared for the draft in that it takes a minimum of 8 months to train a new troop in the operation of military equipment to even make them of minimal benefit to any branch of the Armed Services. August 13, 2007 the Pentagon declared there was no plan to return to activating the draft. Unlike Bush and his band of morons, McCain will not micro manage the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq and will follow the advice of the generals and the Pentagon.

McCain's plan not to raise taxes is one of the soundest to remedy the struggling economy. The worst thing ANY politician can do during an economic downturn is to take MORE money away from the people who are earning the money and put it into BIGGER government. It's a basic economic principle.
