Third from what I experienced its always the fools that drink like gorillas, they think they have to get drunk with in a short amount of time...its not how fast you drink it, its how much you drink! The only reason she is still alive is because of her friends and there alertness to the fact that she was in trouble. They called her mom and 911. She spent several days passed out...they werent sure she was going to make it. In the end...my sister had every right to sue the parents and she didnt....because even at 15, she expects a level of responsability from her children, and does not hold others responsable legaly....though I will say the parents of the friends that threw the party where all but sued.
