*This to remind everyone that its a smoking ban in PUBLIC places not a ban where smoking is completly illegal* Nebraska (where I Live) has passed a law banning smoking through out the entire state so should the rest of the states that haven't offically banned smoking follow suit? *Its only smoking in public places keep in mind such as bars, restaurants, places of work...etc. that are banned*

Stephen Baldwin has lost his mind–and the proof is on his arm. According to TMZ, the scariest of the famous Baldwin Brothers recently made an odd agreement with Hannah Montana actress Miley Cyrus. Miley reportedly dared Stephen to get Hannah Montana’s initials tattooed on his arm and in return she would let him make in a cameo appearance on the hit Disney show since his daughters are major fans of the series. And wouldn’t you know Stephen was foolish enough to get the tat. This is one guy who doesn’t back down from a dare. *************************************************************... so my question is...would you get a tattoo (not your choice) if you were promised a role on tv?

I always grew up that dogs were okay to have inside but same with outside as well, they are after all dogs. Today my landlord told me that from now on I have to keep my dog inside because my neighbors complained that I leave him outside during the day. First of all my dog is a border collie he can handle the 60 degree weather outside and second of all he has food and shelter outside so its not like im neglecting him. He has toys and grass to run around in and I bring him in a 7pm when my daughter goes to bed. Did i miss the memo that was wrong to keep your animals outside? Revised: Okay i should have said he has a dog run i misused a word and people flipped out...my neighbors are complaining that he is outside because they don't keep their dogs outside so apparently im the bad guy for doing that...hopefully that clears up the confusion that he isn't chained by my door or something unable to move
