Do you realize that not only is tomorrow the only April 25 of 2008, but also the only April 25, 2008 that will ever exist in history? We need to celebrate! Celebrate in some way tomorrow: confess your love for somebody, talk to some random person you've never seen before, talk to somebody you've been avoiding, whatever... But for the less daring and less creative of us, tomorrow also happens to be Crayola Day! I personally got a box of 48 that I'll be handing out at school tomorrow...will you celebrate Crayola Day by either giving out Crayolas or simply letting people know it's Crayola Day?

I know there are a few close to this, but this poll unlike the others is for all of the more obvious choices for VP. And I'm doing this because I think Obama will most likely be the nominee. So if you want to see one on who would be Hillary's best choice, go find or create one. Note: The reason I put Ted Strickland on there is because there's been some speculation that getting the governor of Ohio, a major swing state, on the ballot might get Ohio for the Obama side.

Bernoulli's Principle is that the faster fluid moves over an object, the less pressure it exerts on that object. This is the principle that lets planes fly. A plane's wing is curved on top so that the air moving over the top has a farther distance to travel than the air moving across the bottom, which is flat. The air moving over the top has more distance to travel, but must make it to the end of the wing at the same time as the air moving over the bottom. Thus, the air moving over the top goes faster, exerting less pressure on the top of the wing than the air on the bottom, lifting the wing and thus the whole plane upwards. Here's what I don't get: why does the air moving over the top have to make it to the end at the same time as the air moving across the bottom? Wouldn't it make more sense that it moved slower because it had a longer distance to travel and more friction to go up against? Obviously, I'm wrong. Airplanes fly despite me not understanding how. But nobody's been able to explain to me adequately the answer to this question. So, can anybody on Sodahead explain it to me?

Not too long ago, a group called 'Anonymous' called for war upon the Church of Scientology. Not actual, violent war, but protests. They released a couple videos, found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCbKv9yiLiQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YrkchXCzY70 While Anonymous has stated to several people that their goal does not involve violence, their lack of a clear message and leadership has led to several threats, inflammatory messages and revealing of personal information of those who oppose them over the internet. Though I haven't verified them yet, there are also claims that Anonymous has made bomb threats, shot and vandalized buildings, and sent Anthrax through the mail. So here's my question: do you think Anonymous is right in doing this?
