I'm going to leave the question open ended, since I have faith in the Sodaheading public to solve world problems. With the price of food going through the roof, the Somalis are getting less and less food for their relief dollar every month-- they also having seen rain for 3 years and things are quickly becoming a wasteland/desert.<br/><br/>
