By HARLOW SUMERFORD 6 News Reporter KNOXVILLE (WATE) -- "Manhunt 2" is a first person killer fantasy game described as one of the most violent ever released. The game takes place in a dark asylum filled with turmoil. When you play, you're one of the inmates who survived a horrible experiment that was being kept quiet. Now, you're trying to escape by killing your way out. "The first one was a very violent game. It was kill everything as hard as you can. There are so many different ways to kill stuff. This one went 10 times more than that," says the owner of Game Haven, Ed Graves. The game, made for PlayStation and Nintendo Wii, is rated mature for intense violence, language, sex, and drug use. You have to be 17 or older to buy the game and Graves says at his store, you'll be carded. But many parents will surely be asked to buy it for their kids. "Would you want your 17-year-old playing?" 6 News asked Pam Wright as she shopped in Game Haven. "No, not really. It is very graphic," she says watching it. The Nintendo Wii version is causing the most controversy because the player controls the action using hand held remotes. "The actions, you have to actually stab the person, so you are doing the same actions it would take to stab somebody. If kids do that at an early age, it would have an effect on them," says Brad Quinley, a parent who's seen the game played. Many gamers claim the game is actually not that good but the violence will help it sell. The game's maker, Rockstar Games, says Manhunt 2 originally had an even stricter rating, adults only. But the company was worried most major retailers wouldn't have carried it so some scenes were cut. About the revamped game, Rockstar says, "Manhunt 2 fits squarely within the horror genre and was created to be an entertainment experience specifically for those players mature enough to appreciate it."

My School allowed a Silent Pro-Life protest, but they wont allow a Woman's Rights Protest? Is this right?

Today ((10-23-07)) My high school allowed a "silent" Pro-Life protest. Students came into school with red tape. On this red tape they wrote "LIFE" and "PRO-LIFE". Students who were pre approved wore tape over there mouths to simulate that children have no say weather they are aborted or not. I have no problem with demostrateing your belifes, and i believe abortion is wrong, but IS a woman's right. I wanted to hold a silent protest, where students wore blue tape that said "woman's rights" or "your choice". The school is telling me that it can not be done, due to conflicts can break out. So one group of people can "make a statement" as they put it, and my group cant? I have many friends in the Pro-Life group and this Woman's Rights protest is not to hurt them in anyway, I just wish to voice my opinon too. Is this right? Or am I the wrong one?

Egyptology |ˌējipˈtäləjē| noun the study of the language, history, and civilization of ancient Egypt. I love it, and i want to go to Egypt, just interested in finding other ppl who feel the same ^^
