Actor Will Smith, star of the summer blockbuster, Hancock, says he and his wife, Jada Pinkett Smith, are open to the idea of an open marriage. "Our perspective is, you don’t avoid what’s natural and you’re going to be attracted to people," said Will Smith. Smith did confess that he would be unsure how to react if he found out that Jada wanted to have sex with another man, but said that it would be an idea he would be willing to consider. Do you agree with his choice to choose this lifestyle?

The Supreme Court ruled that "enemy combatant" suspects held at Guantanamo Bay have Habeas Corpus rights under the Constitution to challenge their detention in U.S. civilian courts. Habeas corpus is a centuries-old legal principle, contained in the Constitution, that allows courts to determine whether a prisoner is being held illegally. Roughly 270 male detainees remain at Guantanamo Bay, classified as enemy combatants and held on suspicion of terrorism or links to al-Qaida and the Taliban. The detainees at Guantanamo Bay, some of whom have been held for over 6 years, without being given any explicit reason as to why, were subject to harsh and controversial interrogation techniques. Do you agree with the Supreme Court's ruling that Guantanamo Bay detainees deserve Habeas Corpus' rights offering them a fair and constitutional trial?

Harvard University's Basketball coach Tommy Amaker is being accused of directly and/or indirectly contacting the parents of recruits or even the recruits themselves despite NCAA rules stating that it is not allowed for coaches to have in-person contact with recruits in June. Kenny Blakeney, who just happened to have played at Duke when Amaker was an assistant there, began repeatedly playing pickup games with high school players Harvard was recruiting (Max Kenyi of Washington, D.C., and Keith Wright of Norfolk, Va.). Blakeney even traveled nearly 400 miles roundtrip for the supposedly casual games with Wright. If Harvard, America's most prestigious University, can't play it straight, then who can? Are you appalled, or do you think that this is just another side of sports that everybody plays and nobody talks about?

With the aim of providing the human race with a "Noah's Ark" of food in the event of a global disaster, an enormous vault filled with duplicates from every single seed bank in the world (more than 250,000 species) has been built. It has the capacity to hold up to 4.5 million batches of seeds from all known varieties of the planet's main food crops, making it entirely possible to bring a species back after virtual extinction. A federal grand jury has issued a subpoena to MySpace.com in a probe stemming from the suicide of a Megan Meier, Missouri teenager who committed suicide after receiving cruel messages from who she thought was a 16-year-old boy. Federal prosecutors are considering charging Lori Drew, a mother in the girl's neighborhood with defrauding MySpace by creating a false account that she, her daughter and a teenage employee used to fool 13-year-old Megan Meier into believing she was communicating with a 16-year-old boy, the Los Angeles Times said on its Web site, citing unidentified sources. Does Lori Drew deserve to go to jail for her cruel remarks to Megan Meier via her false identity on myspace?

Lane Garrison, a former actor on Fox's hit show "Prison Break" was sentenced to three years and four months in person Wednesday for a drunken driving car-accident that killed a 17-year-old Beverly Hills High student, Vahagn Setian, last December. Garrison's blood-alcohol content at the scene was a .2, which is over twice the legal limit (most of us would be considered "wasted"), and was also under the influence of cocaine. Is 30 months a legitimate amount of time for Lane Garrison to be in prison?

We've all been sleazed on by the car-salesman, eager to sell you a car at any cost (lying, cheating, etc.). I was wondering if anyone on SodaHead has had a GOOD experience buying a car. This would mean that everything (or mostly) that came out of your salesman's mouth actually came true, he was nice, cut you a deal, treated you with respect, etc. Also consider the purchase a year or two down the line. Please share your car-buying experiences!
