A deliberate exercise in silencing free speech and discussion of Intelligent Design over the failed and unprovable Darwinian Evolutionary "Science" theory. Ben Stein exposes the deliberate silencing and firing of well respected scientists and educators for allowing and entertaining the possibility of Intelligent Design into the scientific community and classroom. Ben ties the Silencing to an analogy that of the Berlin Wall being erected to block any differing opinion from consensus Darwinian. He then equates the group think that justified the Third Reich in ridding the world of millions of "lesser humans" through Darwins underlying concepts in those ideas of Charles Darwin concerning evolution and natural selection. Setting the world up once again for another unnatural selection!

The silence is deafening.. Recently there was a discussion group that wanted to educate you. Questions and concerns about the religion Islam were entertained .. and how the author believed we just did not understand.. One discussion was labeled "shout out" which asked why was there not more people of the Islamic religion shouting out publicly against these fascists who have supposedly "hijacked" their faith.. Many reasons were given of fear from retaliation to the suggestion that there has been plenty of public denunciations of this radical sect.. One point came very clear to me in the discussion and that is many respondents were in greater sympathy for the islamo fascist than they were for the United States and their own President Bush. Furthermore these Muslims, sympathizers and apologists were much more liberal and left leaning in their political views... Blaming America for giving these Islamo-Fascist reasons to destroy the "Great Satan" They are marxist in their thinking.. This lead me to think the reason why there has not been a greater outpouring and denouncing of this Islamo-Fascist sect is due to the fact that they perceive the west to be a greater threat to their personal beliefs than these islamo-fascists. This has also lead me to believe the tolerance that the west has for freedom of religion and speech is what has given muslims the ability to live in peace and safety here in the west , but will allow its radical elements to foster and grow both here and abroad... I am not suggesting we implement laws or anything restricting freedom of speech or practice of religion but, rather for us to wake up and smell the coffee, seeing what has happened with England and the rest of Europe and its greater numbers of Muslims and terrorist attacks on social gathering places, cafes, train stations, buses... et al! The same freedom of speech we fight and die for is the same they have hidden behind to subvert our Western Civilization. Please convince me it is not true.... But, the group has been deleted and all that was discussed in essence has been censored by the author.. So, much for freedom of speech and discussions! I guess the sword cuts only one way! Theirs!

Justice H. Walt Croskey, whose opinion was joined by two other judges, then ordered: "Parents who fail to [comply with school enrollment laws] may be subject to a criminal complaint against them, found guilty of an infraction and subject to imposition of fines or an order to complete a parent education and counseling program." It said under a section titled "Consequences of Parental Denial of a Legal Education" that "parents are subject to being ordered to enroll their children in an appropriate school or education program and provide proof of enrollment to the court, and willful failure to comply with such an order may be punished by a fine for civil contempt."
