    My sister is obsessed.
    She dreams of gaining instant stardom if she moves to LA when she is 19, even though she has not had much experience so far expect for wining some singing competitions and school productions..
    Please support my answer that is one in a million chance of becoming an actor/performer in LA?

    duuuude delilah... if you really live in Kazakhstan thats totally awesome. I have a fleeting suspicion that you dont, however. ;(
