One of my interests is to educate people about Bipolar DIsorder. Many people have the mistaken notion that folks who have it are crazy or violent. It irritates the hell out of me to see the way someone looks at me if they find out I have this disorder. I want to scream "I am NOT schizophrenic and I do NOT have a personality disorder!!!". You see, most folks you hear about on the news have other problems as well. There are many forms of this disorder. OKAY, I'll get off of my soap box. I just had to say something about it, as to not say anything would be to not say anything about ME, and after all, this is about me and my interests, RIGHT?.

I have begun working part time recently, two days a week. It's not very challenging, but it's nice to be productive again.

Now, I LOVE Nascar (Go Junior!), Cats, collecting vintage toys-primarily yo-yos, old quilts, selling on eBay (my seller name is Surfyngirl). The extra money goes to pay for prescriptions, so buy something, ok? I'm learning beading and making jewelry at the present.

I'm divorced, but not looking for love. I'm quite content on my own at present. My rose colored glasses were broken after 17 years of marriage.
