Why am I a Christian? Because I know in my heart as well as through Scripture that I have a sovereign, Almighty, absolutely holy, righteous, omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent, just, merciful God in Heaven who knows me intimately and loves me. I know Jesus died on the cross for my sins, and because I have placed my faith in Him and accepted Him as Lord and Savior, I will have eternal life after I have passed on.

Why am I a right-wing Republican? Well, the Bible has an answer for that too:

"The heart of the wise inclines to the right, but the heart of the fool to the left." ~Ecclesiastes 10:2.

'm only saying that PARTIALLY tongue-in-cheek. ;)

Now, on a more serious note, I get a lot of atheists on here yelling at me, "I've read the Bible! I've studied the Bible! I know it better than YOU do! You don't even know what Jesus said or preached and He probably never even existed anyway let alone is God!" and on and on and on. Save it for someone else, because unless you have the Holy Spirit inside of you, you're blind to the things of God. An unbeliever trying to lecture a believer on God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Word of God is like a dog trying to lecture Stephen Hawking on astrophysics.

So save your time, don't bother me, because as Scripture itself proclaims in 1 Corinthians 2:14,

"The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned."
