I'm fine and the houses are comming along just fine. I chickened out and post poned my trip until the 6th. I decided to opt out for SUN SUN beautiful SUN.

Hey beautiful, I miss you too. I seperated from my wife and am out on the road. I'm down in Virginia Beach, VA. I've picked up a studio for three months and am looking at houses to fix up and resell. It's commonally called house flipping. I'm going all over the place to find out where the best area is for me to operate from. That is taking up alot of my time. I've put 3700 miles on my car in just the past two weeks. All that driving and looking at properties and talking with real estate agents is very time consuming. I hope to have some houses by July 15th. Thats when the contracts i've signed will expire. I'll keep in touch. Take good care. I love your new pics. Your so cute!! And HAPPY!! Really good to see.
