Hi! I am so sorry we have been out of touch. It has been my fault. Just normal chaos every
family has, nothing that would constitute a good excuse. I think about you every day, and wonder what is going on with you. How are you? Have things settled down where you live? And really and truly, are you OK? I know you are careful about what you write, and that makes me care all the more for you. You know are one hell of a survivor, and I admire you very much.

I don't know how to upload those lovely images. It took 6 months for me to figure out how to do an avatar! If you like mine, it's hanging in MOMA, a great museum a wish were free to the public.

Take care...I really do care about you

i NEVER UNDERSTOOD WHAT CONVERSATION MET TIL i CLICKED ON THE LINE ON YOUR SITE. gAm glad I know now. I feel for you so much, having called NYC my home city since I was born. I don't know what you have been through but can guess some of it and nothing angers me more than this new New York which has been ethnically cleansed by our beloved mayors, police and DAs.

Thank you so much for the picture, a picture of hope for the future. MLK's dream is far from realized, and I fear it will take another 4 generations to get rid of racism. Perhaps only 3 if Obama is elected--or 2 or 1 generation. As we said in the 60s, keep on truckin' and walk across the street if you see an policeman out "protecting" you in New York. BESTEST, M&MS
