I'm a democrat--and a liberal --democrats have always been for the working person--liberals always take care of the less fortunate people in this country with all kinds of programs.

Don't get me wrong--i was a small business man-like all small business people,i banged my head against the wall every day-looking for orders,meeting the payroll-trying to explain to my workers why i couldn't pay them more,and heavens knows they really deserved more.

I always will love my country,whether it has a dem. or rep. president--and i will always respect my president. That is why i am having such a hard time with Obama going out of our country to campaign--i feel that he has undermined my president.

I feel that you are kinda young-and you got caught up in all the excitement of Obama's change platform. somewhere along the way,you will find out that it takes more than talk to make change. i know we all would like to have change overnight--but it just does not happen that way. our way of governing is very complicated and unfair at times--but as we all go through life and grow older,we find that there is none better.

so hang in there--it seems a little confused now--but for the last 200 years,it always straightened it self out.

I try not to follow them but my brother in law likes to watch the election headquarters thing......i listen because that's what's on. :o) I agree with you though......mccain may win but if he does then it will be because of options.....i can honestly say that even though i'm a republican that I don't know who i would vote for if I was able to vote. Mccain says that he is republican but i don't believe it and although i don't like hillary or obama they have made some good points.

I probably will later in life, but right now I'm just tired of hearing Obama and Clinton constantly fighting and people fighting over who's better and stuff. I don't see why we are doing this now when the elections aren't until like November or something.
