All I can say in response is, I am sorry that you feel that way. I wont bother you anymore about it. But, watch future events and one day you may decide that there was some truth in what the Bible says. If you have to all of a sudden take a mark to buy, sell or trade, (the microchip) is what I believe will be the mark of the beast, (spoken of in Revelation) , then know that the time is closer than you could ever imagine. And just maybe might be the time to pull out the Bible and see what it says. But, the Lord has already came to earth and revealed Himself. It is up to us to have Faith in what we don't see and to believe in Him. If you can't do that then yes, you are lost, as the Bible teaches. There are many lost souls.

I am sorry that you think that He would do for you who don't believe in Him. He has already done for everyone, by dying on the cross to forgive our sins. So, if you don't believe that, then I am sure that He counts you as lost until you decide to seek Him first.

To answer your Question, yes I have prayed for something and my prayer was answered. And it wasn't coincidence. What makes you think that you can't see or hear Him? He has spoken to me, and it was awesome. I was praying to Him one night, and while doing so, I was praying like He was way up in Heaven and He spoke to me, as clear as day. And said, Why are you talkng to me like I'mfar away? I'm right here with you. It still amazes me and gives me a shiver and a joy in my heart that He chose me to speak to. I will always remember that like it was yesterday. My Mother had her own experience and saw Jesus at the foot of her bed, letting her know that everything was okay, after her Mom's death. I myself have a long and hard past. The Lord helped me get away from abusive husbands and kept me protected with His awesome Spirit right here with me. He has helped me to learn to forgive others and to let Him deal with it. It took a long time to get over my rape and my brother's and sister's rape. But, now that I have forgiven the man, I have peace and don't dwell on it.
It is so hard for me to believe that people in this world don't believe in God, or a higher power. At least most people believe in their own God or Satan. But the Bible states that if you are not for Christ, you are against him and will be judged accordingly, with Satan. Because there really is only God's side or Satan's. Whether you believe it or not, it is the truth.

I read here that you lost your Grandma. I am sorry for your loss. I lost my Dad a year ago in November. He was my world my Hero, he was strong and someone I thought would live forever. I could never in my wildest dreams picture him dead. I my turned away from God and family for a while. Then I realized that what he told me was true, he was ready to go and tired of suffering and wanted to go and be with his wife, that had died 2 years before him. He was only 66 yrs. old. I was telling my Mom that I didn't want to lose her, she told me that I was being selfish, because she was ready to go when the Lord decided to take her. She wants us to dance at her funeral, I know how she feels, because I have told everyone the same about me. When we do get to live back on the new earth after the old one passes away, we will see our family again and there will not be any more pain and suffering like we have now. I will be praying for you. My thoughts are with you.

A question for you. What would be your last words if you were on a plane heading for a crash and you could see death ahead? Most people would pray or say God help us or Forgive me Lord for my sins. Or at least "Oh My God!!" Think about it, and where do you think that your soul will go? I have always wondered how an atheist thinks. It would be nice to hear your thoughts and opinions. I would love to help you see the truth, if there is any hope. My prayers will be there for you, before it is too late.

I really can see now why we are in the shape that we are in, this poll is enlightening. So many people who don't believe in the One who put us on this earth to begin with, Our Heavenly Father. Oh ye of little faith. I am proud to say that God has seen me through the hardest times in my life. And you don't ask him for silly stuff like a bag of Doritos. He helps you in life through the good and bad. If you have never trusted Him you would never know this. But those of us that have trusted Him and believe in Him and read His Word know the truth and know what it is like to have Him in our lives. It is just such a wonderful feeling to have that Peace, that you will not find anywhere else. The joy that is in my heart that nobody can take away and I am proud to say that I am a Christian and that Jesus is My Lord. I will be praying for all of you, that your eyes will be opened. And whether you believe it or not. God is in control. Satan is the ruler of the world, because God gave that to him to see how many he can decieve and take with him to the lake of fire. And even though some of you say you don't believe in either. The God says, if your not for me your against me. God should come first in everyone's lives and prayer is a part of being close to Him.

I don't know. but this I have learned as an adult, not to wait until the last minute to pray, I realize that you were a trusting child at the time , but that child needs to be put to rest, as it interferes with your ability to rationalize some things.especially when it comes to God. but prayer didn't kill your Grandma.
