Yes it is that is a teddy bear that is known to my husband and I as Oscar Bear. It's a joke to have Oscar doing all sort of things. My husband went deer hunting and of course Oscar when along. Oscaris going potty in that photo. -

Carol this is an unusual picture you have with the teddy bear sitting on a bucket. That also looks like a toilet seat lid on the bottom. Is that a make shift toilet.
