  • I have been on a diet called OptiFast 800, which is medically supervised and I see doctors every week. This is a totally liquid diet where I drink a shake every 3 hours and at least 1/2 gallon of water a day. Can you say bathroom? This is so to get my liver clear of all fat so that I may be able to take a medication for Hepatitis C and have it work. If they give it to you with a fatty liver, 20% effective, once all the fat is gone 90% effective. I should start the medication soon.....
