David that sounds awful. Are you taking new meds...did you check to see if the meds you do take are the right ones??? Look at the bottles see if the little numbers match what is written on the pills. Take care of your self and know that you are in my thoughts and I wish for a speedy recovery for you.. -
posted Sep 24, 2008 12:40AM GMTI've been a little preoccupied. Last Monday I was taken by 911 Medics to the ER. I woke up and my heart was racing and pounding. My left arm was numb and kidneys hurt. When they got here my BP was 180/122 with a heart rate of 145. I've never had a BP issue. My heart, labs, kidneys and thyroid have all checked out, but my pressure and pulse are still elevated. I've had several negative side effects from the med they put me on. Today, a week later I got my pressure down to 114/74 with a pulse of 72. However, it keeps going back to 137/90 which is not good. I see my Dr tomorrow. They are hopefull that this is episodic. If we get it under control, I may end up medication free. I haven't figured out what set it off.
Hopefully, it will be resolved in the near future. I keep meaning to write you but my energy goes up and down. I may rave a comment but don't always feel up to responding. I hope you're doing well. -

was a sum of money to be put on Raymond's favors he would have been a rich man...instead we all were richer from Raymond's favors. -
posted Aug 24, 2008 02:01AM GMTDoesn't that really tick you off. My Daughter leaned in and said, "Are we in Church"?? "What does this have to do with Grandma?" I'll share this preacher's story tomorrow. It was everything but Christian.
I wish you had captured that shot. We might have seen the same people. I hope you're doing ok, after losing Raymond. You've never mentioned him so I hope you're ok... -
posted Aug 24, 2008 01:42AM GMTThe preacher never had a profound thought as far as I was concerned. He was preaching religion to us all I did not appreciate that part at all. He even said that this great guy told us all to get saved and find God. I do not believe that either. Raymond would never push his beliefs on any of us like that. I did not like being preached to in that fashion. It was like Wow I have you all now!!! Watch me preach.
I stood in the back up against a wall. I saw the back of everyone's heads. You know how you can tell a persons age by the amount of lines in their faces...same goes for the back of their heads. Age oldness balding white silver heads with rounded slumped shoulders. It would have made a priceless picture that told a story all of its own. I wish it would have been OK to take the shot. -
posted Aug 24, 2008 01:29AM GMTI went to my ex mother in laws funeral on Thursday. I'll tell you about it later. The Preacher told a great story. Somehow, I think he aimed it at me.
Sorry, you lost someone.. -
