It is not only sarcastic....it is pompous....like hey, we know what is best for you and we will try to be as mean as we can while saying it.....disregarding the smoking stuff.....take smth you like to do and that some people are against....imagine that they tell it to you in a pushing manner...would you appreciate it? We are not kids....and they are not our parents....

It's okay. i'm not even sure where I stand on it. It is somewhat amusing, but I can definately see how it can be offensive. I don't smoke so I'm not sure what to make of it.
