I am an ordinary teenage girls who has had her ups and downs. Two years ago I got surgery on my thyroid to have it removed, (a thyroid is something that regulates your body) I was very sick and as a sixth grader I only weighed 68 pounds. I was in very big danger of losing my life and surviving is just the best feeling in the world. Since my surgery many things have happened to me I made Marching band and volleyball, I joined Drama Club, and I always am with friends especially Abby my best friend in the world. My mom she has been there for me through ups and downs good and bad. She was there the 7 hours I was in surgery never left, she never left my bedside when I was in the hospital. She's also my hero because she a survivor of cancer and she is one of the strongest people I know. She also made me the person I am today, and I love her I don't know what I would be without my mom.
