I do not think we should cater to the foreigners coming to America- but I do think that its sad that America is the only country that's not bilingual at all. I think we should learn how to speak the second most used language after english. I also believe if you move to America you should learn to speak english- my ancestors did. They knew in order to survive and strive, they needed to learn English- and did so. They didnt expect the rest of the country to change for them.
