ok well...thats just gross o_0 I dont drive, but I see them doing this walking down the sidewalk (known as pavement here in England).....but oddly, most of them use their thumbs here...they have a good old gouge (Ive also seen them blow their noses in their hands here and wipe it on their trouser legs)
