Yes and no you have to be careful of who you blame for this becasue not all designers do this and a lot actually really care for the models well beings.However they are a few designer that have been known for the models being scarly under weight and have been investigated against,but the industry is trying to change this and the laws to protect the models.But is also the models job to protect themselves also.
