Probably with a belt on the bare butt. I was spanked with a belt a few times and it taught me to respect my Dad. Spare the rod and spoil the child. Never spank a child in anger, every child is different. As the father you should know what and how much to administer. The younger a child is taught to respect and obey his parents the better and easier.
