It depends. I have actually been held up at gunpoint while working at a motel. In that situation, I managed to remain calm and and give them the cash because I knew that was what they were after. The got what the wanted and left. And in the end I helped the local cops nab them by paying attention and being a good witness. That being said, if the person with the gun demanded something that I would never do, or that I felt would completely devalue my life in my own eyes, I would have to take the risk and fight. I would probably die trying, but that is often the price of taking a stand against tyranny.
