Actually a BS, known as a bullshit degree and I have 2 of them, did not require a foreign language when I graduated. I believe now that the requirement to get into college is to have had a foriegn language. The jist of my arguement is that I think everyone knows that knowing a second language would be great. Hell, maybe Obama could come out and say hes embarrassed that Americans don't know calculus or chemistry. Many Europeans learn English as it is the official language of the planet. Now by saying that, doesn't mean English is the best, simply means its the most universal. And for Europeans to know it would benefit them more to know English than not to. Its not rocket science. More people leave Europe to better their lives than Americans leaving America to better their lives. I sometimes wish I knew how to talk to the animals before engaging in talk with Obama lovers. I think the animals would have more intelligent conversation.
