It's the first two, gender and media looking for ratings. She scares the daylights out of sexist males. We still have a lot of women who ask their husbands what to do or think. I think the primaries were a good measure of gender bias vs. racism. Both remain very strong. Look at Congress and the White House, mostly rich white guys. They should have about 20% poor and homeless people and 2% millionaires.
