Tom and his team prove the theory that having a smart and skilled few can do the job far better, faster and less expensive than the masses. It's funny to think with all the back-end work that has been done the past 5 months, all you see is the front-end! Time will tell our success, but i think we can all say when reflecting back, there are no regrets....and to me that is the most important. We took the time and energy to make good decisions thinking about the possibilities of the future.
