Not at all. I have many friends whose only regret is not joining the service. This will now give them that chance, if they so decide. When people get older they see the world differently. Men in their thirties who witnessed the attacks on 9/11 are mad as hell, and now they can do something to help. I think it's an excellent idea. 41 is not that old. Just ask Roger Clemens! :)
