I think an employer has a right to have his employees speak any language he wants, whatever is beneficial for the business. The employees should want whatever is best for the business as well, whether it is employee morale or if the business is successful...after all, they wouldn't have a job if the business didn't succeed.

If your Dog or Cat is sick and its a Sunday do you take it to the emergency pet hospital--where they charge up the ying-yang or do you wait until Monday Morning and take it to your regular Vet.?
