Barack Obama won the election by being the best candidate and attracting the most supporters. A well funded campaign was the reward of a smart campaign. Never before have so many ordinary people of modest means given so much to a candidate. This is something to be proud of!

I would probably start out eating lots of tofu, squash, fish, crustaceans and mollusks for a week, move up to chicken or duck after a few weeks of meet deprivation, but I don't know if I could stomach killing something like a cow. I would certainly reduce my meat intake.

I don't think you can justify free will because it doesn't exist. The neurons in our head respond to the physical laws of the universe. The will is a subjective experience. Free will is an illusion.
