I voted for McCain. When Obama placed himself above the law by not responding to the court deadline to release a "vault" copy of his birth certificate to prove he is a natural born citizen and he was not even elected yet it may me question what he would do as President if he set himself above the court and the law now. Now that he has been elected will all the court cases filed in various jurisdictions about Obama's citizenship just be dropped? Does anyone know what the status of these court cases are now?

He will be too friendly with Castro and Chavez at a time when Russia is having joint military games with these countries and may try to intsall Russian weapons close to US borders as during the Kennedy administration. Before Obama can get off to a good start he needs to clear up the court order to produce a "vault" copy of his birth certificate and prove he is a natural born citizen once and for all. The disrespect he showed the court by not responding to the deadline to release this document put himself above the law and he was not even elected yet so make it rght and comply before he takes the oath of office. Next he should fully coperate with all questions asked by the FEC asked about his campaign contributions and the FEC should audit the Obama campaign contributions with all the questionable donations they have uncovered already. This would prove Obama is not all talk and he means to be transparent and open.

Will Michael Moore dare to tell the truth about Obama and question why the FEC may not audit what are known to be illegal contributions, and what will the courts involved with Obama proving he is a natural born citizen do now since Obama ignored the deadline set by the court for Obama to produce a "vault" copy of his birth certificate before the election? Obama placed himself above the law and disrespected the court before the election. What will the court do now? Will Obama continue to just ignore them? Will the court allow Obama to start his administration by being above the law and the court? Well like they said the demand is so high it is impossible to match by sex so if you insisted on a sex match you would limit your odds of getting a transplant (unless you were a multi millionaire and secretly arranged for a part of your choice) most likely you would not get your heart...so most of us would have to take our chances and take the heart offered to us and don't ask what sex it is so it will not be on your mind.

If a man is just donating sperm he has no obligation to the outcome or what the sperm is used for--and if a child is produced he has no legal or moral obligations. The only obligation should be a complete medical screening for and genetic diseases that could be passed on so the woman who may use the spem is well aware of the possible dangers or he can be dis qualified if that is how it is handled. But the child has no right to know who the donor was.

The mission was far from over. The Iraqi military had been defeated but no plans were made for what to do once Saddam was taken down. It was foolish to dismantle the army and send everyone home with their weapons and no skills except military ones.Why not convert the military to defend the new govenment? There was no plan Bush advisors expected to be greeted as liberators and that did not last long when the people saw they needed food, water , sanitation even oil. Then civil unrest and a war that was suppose to pay for itself began to soat billions with no end in sight.

Our forefathers had good reasson for the military not being active on US soil and that was to keep us free. If Obama was to form a private security force just as strong as the military to operate in the US this would be putting a security force directly under his control for what purpose? Our law enforcement agencies from the FBI, to State Police, and city police have handled keeping order in the US without problems and with occassional assistance fron the National Guards during times of national emergencies. I believe we should uphold the consitution at all costs. I urge all Soda Heads to write President elect Obama and urge him to restore the constituion, the rule of law and due process which Bush has eroded during his administration, to rescind Bush's Presidential edicts and call for FISA and Patriot Act revisions. For us to give up our freedoms out of fear or for a false esense of security means our enemies have won.
