You can see the beginings of a chinneck strating to appear in pics. Is it true a camera adds 15 lbs. How do they figure that?

There are a few things that come to mind. It is relatively clean. I have only traveled to a few countries, but the public places were unbelievably dirty. People throw things out their car as they drive. The beaches were littlered with all kinds of rubbish because people threw their garbage in the rivers. I went to beautiful waterfalls that had loads of garbage on the sides of the banks because of this. Such an eyesore. Poverty is completely unreal in other countries. Mothers bring their children up to you begging for you to help them. I never seen so many begging shoeless children in my life until I went to Indonesia. Some of them get involved in child prostitution. There is more protection in the US compared to other countries.

I make a shepards pie with any ground meat, beef, turkey,lamb, I even made it with emu meat (that was not very good). Brown the meat with chopped onions, garlic, and mushrooms then add a little flour brown that and addwater to make a gravey. Season with salt pepper thyme rosemary. Put this in a baking dish. Then I par boil some veggies (usually whatever is in my fridge) carrots, celery, brocoli, green beans, and add some corn kernels and peas. Put this in the baking dish. On top I cover with mashed potatoes and then I top it off with some cheese. Put in oven at 350 and bake for about 30-45 min whenever you get a nice brown on the top. Freezes well so you can make two and freeze one for another day.

I watched a program about Geisha and I think it is way too much for my liking. I think it is beautiful that it perserves their art and culture. They do look beautiful but it is a very surreal look thats beauty is not based in reality. On this program the novices had to use their own hair, they could not have a wig, so they had to sleep on wooden pillows to not muss their hair up. It sounds kind of lonely to me too.

I was given no other choice so I picked this. Yes it can be very unhealthy if all you eat is meat. Also meat from a big factory is pumped up with s@#t that renders the meat unhealthy. I think it is important, if able to eat local meat that is grass fed. On the other hand it can also be unhealthy to not eat meat. In the past I was a vegetarian for 3 years (a vegan for another 3 years) and I will tell you it was so unhealthy for ME. All I thought about was eating a steak dripping with juicy yummy blood. I tried being happy with beans and tofu and all it made me do is bloat up with gas, and almost daily I had bending over pains from all the gas. So I guess it all boils down to moderation.
