That is one of the most untrue staments I have ever heard. I live in Arkansas and though alot of my generation whether black or white aren't that racist towards each other, alot of the older generations are racists against white people. To tell you the truth even my parents are a little racist. I think it's just jn some people's mindset. But anyway that is totally false.
