Heh - what makes you think he was ever lost? There are corporate and governmental advantages centered around keeping him as a threat...why on earth would they want to end a source of fear and revenue?

Sadly, some people just don't know when to say when. While it is kinda funny because nothing bad happened to this guy, at the same time it would not have been funny if he had been killed as a result of irresponsible drinking.
