They would fall flat on thier agendas, they know there is not enough support
Simply put, they would ignore separation of church and state.

I know this is a stretch, but if McCain had friends and acquaintances like those listed below, do you think the press would have been silent concerning them as they were for Obama?

    I think...
Of ocurse, just as they went after Sarah Palin for things that were not substantiated. McCain showed his patriotism and nobility of character through his concession speech, for all of America and the world to see. Did the press give him rave reviews for that? There was a lot of coverage for Obama's press conference which provided the world with the usual rhetoric. That's the American press, people.

I'm ok, gearing up to fight him...
Actually none of the above. I am going to watch carefully every decision and move hemakes and know others are doing the same. We will not let him take America and our freedoms away from us. He has about 18 months to prove himself. If he shows himself to be all that we fear, we can vote in a Republican congress in 2 years for a more fair balance of power, and then we will not give h im a second term. Start gearing up now, people.

My pledge to Obama and Obama followers: Will you join me???

Yes, I pledge to treat the new administration with the same respect that the departing one has been shown.
Speaking solely for myself, I have always respected the office of the president, and fully aware that the majority of the population showed shameful disrespect for the office and for the man. Mr O as president should be shown the respect of the office and for himself as president. All Americans must unite together in this, to give the man a chance to prove himself, for the sake of the country. Times are very difficult and democracy is in jeopardy, and a country divided will hasten even worse times. However if he fails to produce and make good on his promises, he must be voted out. But disrespect has no place in civilized society. Note that this is difficult for me because I have been a McCain supporter since the early 80's when he first ran for elected office in Arizona.

No. Marriage is a holy union between a man and a woman.
No. If gays want to cohabit in the same house and live as gays, fine. But it can't be called marriage, by definition. That's all.

We shouldn't elect an untested, inexperienced senator, elect John McCain who has already been tested and came through with flying colors.

    I think................
ACORN has been fined in the past for voter fraud in Washington state. They are active in Lake county Indiana and 1100 of 2200 voter applications they collected by ACORN personnell in this county have been found to be fraudulent by alert employees of the voter regisration office. ACORN replies that it is innocent of wrong doing. It has a history of questionable activities. You all be the judge.

Why haven't these issues been brought to light by the Repiblicans? I too, feel like I am going crazy with all the conflicting information coming from all over. I can't wait till the election is over.

    Neither because
That "doomsday" prophecy is nonsense. No one can predict that far into the future. Anything can happen. Millions of American just lost huge sums of money due to no fault of thier own. That was "doomsday" for them.
