    Not a great idea...
After looking at the domain registration process for a .gov, I wonder how far in advance he must have had this planned. I was trying to dig deeper, but the site is restricted and I had no interest in pushing my limits. Also, I'm afraid that this will give people unwarranted hope that their voice is being heard. At a National level, he could be receiving thousands or more of emails everyday. That would take at least a staff of a few hundred to stay caught up with every email. And why is the emptiest part of his website the "Agenda?" Obama has had many plans hammered out for months now. Why would he only give a paragraph stating, "The Obama Administration has a comprehensive and detailed agenda to carry out its policies," but not actually post more than that? Edit: After doing some searching, I found a cache of his website at http://www.fuckthebankers.com... Take a look for yourselves, and I would like to hear why you think he immediately pulled all this information from his site. It's bold, and it's new. That I like, but like any software worth using it needs a good trial run before anything definitive can be stated.

    Yes
I'm sorry to see there isn't an option for being impartial. For that reason I make a statement casting my vote. We can't forget when this motto was originally published on American currency. It began in 1957, with the "Red Scare." We were afraid of adopting Communism, and did everything we could to remove ourselves as far away from this idea. Our Founding Fathers clearly had a belief in a Supreme Creator, by which they claimed those Rights written in the Constitution, but I believe that they felt that living in America was memory enough of the blessings they had been given. Please let us remember that the Creator defined by these wise men was not specifically the Christian God, but a Being capable of giving His creations laws and rights. I enjoy seeing the motto, but if it were to be removed the I would feel no betrayal by my Country. If the majority speak to have it removed, then that is what needs to happen.

    None of the above
When I say the Pledge of Allegiance there is never a time I swear myself to the President. Bush, Obama or whoever. Only to the ideal of this Country's best interest and founding principles. I will follow someone that has proven themselves to be my public servant. If Obama can show me he holds to an unwavering standard, the I will follow him to the end. If ever once I find he crosses the American people intentionally, there will be an unpaid Justice that waits like he has never known. First, though, we must remove our personal party affiliations, and see Obama not as a Democrat, but as a man with the responsibility to represent our country. Before we can seek Unity this must happen. I can't blame hypocrisy on anyone, for we have all been too intentionally divided by those who seek power. Being divided gives power to a few. Uniting will give power to us all.

Did you know that Obama is going to break a promise already?

    199 531
    Yes
In an interview done for the book "Meet the Next President" Obama clearly stated that he was a blank page on which the people could project their hopes and dreams, and when he was elected President there would be no way he could fulfill everything promised. I don't believe that we ever really have known what Obama has wanted to do with the United States, only what people made themselves believe he wanted. Now that the time to act is upon us, we will find out.

Technology has created the ability to give each of us a voice like we have never been heard. To not use this would be a folly that may have untold consequences.

    I think Barack Obama...
lied the whole way through. Despite overwhelming media coverage, we still know so little about him. Obama has great lip service, but severely lacks the ability to tell us anything he actually believes. Policies? His only continuing policies are that: He hates Westernized Civilization; Will say anything to appeal to the voters. If I knew that what he spoke of really mattered to him, and that he was rock solid in his beliefs, then I would have considered voting for him. Dig only a few pages deeper then what CNN, MSNBC, even Fox News, gave you and you would have found something very different then what we were all fed for the last year.

Can we rely on the Media to protect American people's interest? They want us to believe that but do they?

    4 4
    No
Media has the interest of money over everything. That was made apparent when CNN signed on Glenn Beck. User ratings or supporting the current viewing base? User ratings won.

Yes. If you don't know a man you look at his friends for clues as to his character.
See the post below by emmi. This information is key to knowing the character of Obama. In an interview done for the book "Meet Your Next President" he talks about his heavy drug use, and affiliations with black supremacy groups during college. Barack has not developed ideals that are in the people's best interest. That has been made very clear.

Yes. We just never know when he might strike again.
Absolutely. The event on 9/11 was not an end all, but more a preliminary attack on America. For those who think it is over, they are mistaken. Osama bin Laden is not a barking dog with no bite. Though Bush has no economic intelligence in his body, keeping the troops in Iraq has been preventing these extremest groups from striking again. -http://www.memri.org/ (Great resource for Middle Eastern news) -http://memriiwmp.org/content... (one example of what is going on) -http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Progr... (Glenn gives a good overview of what is going on in his "Exposed" specials) These resources are just an overview of what is happening in the Middle East. We need to do our own research before we come to any conclusions.

Barack H. Obama declared in his latest speech that unity is important above all else, but unity for what? Obama clearly states his disapproval for corporate America, and desires a more Marxist economic centered society. Though, it has been proven historically impossible to separate economic Marxism, and aesthetic/cultural Marxism. These ideologies will begin to slowly creep into America if the changes are allowed, which eventually could destroy the democracy that our Forefathers fought for. John S. McCain has repeatedly changed his opinion over a variety of issues, and to this end I believe so he can be elected. The welfare of the people, I believe, does not exist within him.
