technically, in all confirmation and matter, it doesn't affect his presidential election to become president. BUT, as we all know, smokin is a NO choice. to tell u the truth, i believe, he could make a wonderful president. however, in several situations, i dont think its a good idea for him to smoke in public, and while running an election. As you guys can see, obviously, the president technically in a way, manipulates the laws with the congress. and having a president, we have to make sure he doesnt go crazy and cause more and more citizens to hate the president. however, since he smokes, its kinda a bad example and can lead believers of obama to follow his step... ya just sayin.. it is his constitutional rights, but it isnt a right choice.
