Do you believe that there were problems with the Caucuses?

    58 79
    Yes
Hell Yes! Anytime you have 10% of a population deciding the entire state, you have a problem. Add to that the threat of coercion because of a public vote and a limited window of archaic procedures that precede and encompass the voting process - you have an inaccurate, easily manipulated outcome that fails to reflect the will of the people and only serves the will of those that can best organize and shout down all opposition to them. They should be outlawed immediately. They are about as equitable and democratic as a U.S.S.R. election tactic.

Especially if it's re-runs of her old shows. She has just totally gone off the deep end, hurting GLBTG people with her radical remarks and her senseless choices on who she defends and what she thinks is important enough to lend her voice to. What happened to her? :(

Does the apparent fact that almost all blacks voted for Barrack Hussein Obama mean that Jeremiah Wright's message got through and the black and white races have been divided, as was the Obama pastor's dream?

We should be concerned as Americans when the race card is dealt for political purposes as Jeremiah Wright and Hussein Obama did.

This question is on behalf of Miss Queen, a dear SH friend: Can you suggest some short-term and long-term solutions to handle the rising 'fuel and energy' prices?

    41 311
    I have some long-term suggestions
Start manufacturing sleek windmill, wind-powered generators. I did it in SimCity 3000 and it worked like a dream. LOL I know you are laughing and that's a good start, but seriously, if we are going to build oil platforms why not build platforms with dozens of huge wind generators on them? How about tide generators in really windy, rough sea areas, especially in winter? Force the auto industry to double the fuel standard. They have known how for decades and refused. If you are going to drill then make damn sure you don’t spill. Force SUVs (9 passenger cars with 3 people in them) to pay more at the pump. You want to drive the Freedom Of The Seas - you have to pay more per gallon since you are wasting it. Solar. Solar. Solar. All homes in the Southern regions, and Desert Southwest should use them. If we can’t afford them, in the beginning, let us pay installments to the power companies, which can buy them in bulk supplies and get much better pricing on them. Mandate lightbulb changes in every home. Starting last week. Recycling is now mandatory. Separate or be fined. Simple as that. Force big industry to modernize over time, but not 20 years. Take some of the Iraq/Defense Budget (publically stated at 400 Billion when in truth Black Projects/Above Top Secret Military Programs are 3 times that, so it is estimated) and help them do it. We need to work with biofuels and hydrogen. Electric cars need to receive government support to bring the prices down fast. We pay enough in taxes, let's give the companies that are in this field a break and encourage them to work even faster. Price it right and we will all come onboard. There is no reason to ignore Hydro power either. We have rushing rivers, waterfalls - let them turn turbines and create electricity. Lets study electro-magnetics and Zero Point energy. We can use vegetable oil to run cars with a simple conversion kit. Plant more biofuel fields so to speak and get some help with the support if need be. Make America take charge in the building of these industries. Put our people back to work while helping the environment. There is no reason in the world why we cannot be manufacturing the wind generators and tide generators for export. We have the technology and the need. We have the people desperately looking for work. Industry can attack this problem like they did WWI and WWII, and we'd have a rapidly expanding cure for the energy crisis, rather than rapidly collapsing toward our own immolation. Earth - as seen from Mars . . .

NO - THIS IS NOT LEGAL! (PS - IT REALLY ISN'T)
The law clearly demands candidate-specific documentation, and support to be at a mandated distance from polling stations. No candidate literature is allowed INSIDE polling stations - http://www.andersoncountysc.o...

OBAMA IS GETTING APX.90% OF THE BLACK VOTE. IS THIS ABOUT RACE?

    47 92
    Yes
It can't be on merit - his home District looks like Sarajevo during the war. His IL state record was 'appointed' to him by Sen. Ricky Hendon and Emil Jones - he bill-jacked 90% of the 8th year bills he 'passed'. Having someone else create them, work them, committee them, rewrite them, and solicit them, never makes them YOUR BILL, just because you signed it at the end. If you do some research and discover the truth you will see what I mean about legislative accomplishments he had in IL. So if the man has no record, and a resume so empty it rattles, his inspiring words are someone elses, and he can't speak without a teleprompter, then on what grounds does one support him? Words. Not his. Bills. Not his. Dates, times, events, facts - inaccurate. Books that contain so much fiction they are going to be recategorized for the next publishing runs - Remember James Frey - A Million Tiny Pieces - well Barack's books are going to have to be reclassified as Fictional Memoirs, at least in Europe and Oceania. If he has no qualifications, no experience, then the vote has to be about something else. 2 years ago these rabid, fainting supporters couldn't spell his name without Google. But now, after having never voted in their lives, or having ever followed politics and Government in their lives, they are now experts, fully vetted in research and historicity. I just can't believe that. We don't take Bush at his word, because it is worthless. We don't believe Cheney because he is like Baalzebub's nastier brother. We don't believe McCain because he is another Bush. And we don't believe Hillary because she is another Clinton. So why are we believing Obama? His history is the one that has been told to us by him. His facts come from his websites. Or his Soros-supported allies' websites. If you google Hendon and you google Jones, and you follow the local Chicago newspaper trail, you will see what I mean about 'his' bills. It may sound mean, but it is not without truth. If we think everyone else is a liar - then we have to apply the same standard, right? If we don't know anything about someone, and they are a politician, are we not to assume, however negative it seems, that this person may have an agenda and may not be the most forthcoming soul in town?
