well- if it is true- which this has been going on back and forth for some time now- but if it is PROVEN that Obama was not born in America- and its proven before he is sworn into office- I would assume Biden would become President. If its proven after he is sworn in- then an Impeachment would take place- and ALL papers, laws, etc that he signed as POTUS- would be voided.

marriage is it a government legal right? or is it a religious right? what is the difference between a clergy marrying a couple or a couple getting married by a civil employee? if a "marriage" and a "civil union" are the same thing- then why not USE the same word for both?? those that oppose gay marriage - because its 2 same sex people- are afraid it will harm heterosexual marriage- why and how??. Personally I find it odd that- heterosexuals are so opposed to gays getting legally married- taking the responsibility and all that comes with it. Yet these same heteros- seem to have no problem with other heterosexuals just living together and having children out of wedlock.

Union were a great thing in our country- helped to regulate things- working conditions, safety etc- but Greed took hold- but there is also Greed on the CEO and top executives side also.
