    yes
If the person committed a murder and it was proven, beyond any doubt, yes, I certainly could convict for the death penalty. Not so much as for revenge, (althought the perpetrator would deserve it) but more for the preservation of society and to protect those who might be victimized by this murderer again. After all, didn't the murderer chose death for his victim? Why should he/she be spared the same treatment?

Michael Vick's Sentence: 23 months in prison & 3 years probation. Do you feel the sentence was too light (Y) or too harsh (N)?

I am thrilled. Wish it could have been a life sentence, but it can only be what it is, and glad at least for THAT!!! Then Va charges, then the suspension from the NFL. he is finished, and I am loving it. He deserves everything he gets and then some more.

It is up to us to protect innocent defenseless animals. I will continue to do so until I breathe my last breath.

There are 4 sodaheads in particular, that I cringe everytime I read one of their posts. One of them has run off many good sodaheads, caused them to just go away, because he stalked them on every poll they posted on. Glad that this website lets 'freedom ring', but some of these people need to get a clue.

I didn't much care for the choices you offered here. They really don't make much sense. Therefore, I chose none of the above---because I think he deserves at least 5 years in prison, hard time, no dormitory type incarceration, he should never be allowed to return to the NFL, he should be forced to pay for shelter and care of those 52 dogs that were taken off of his property until they die of natural causes, and he should never be allowed to own another pet, not even a hamster.
