If thats what she was doing....its not easy to tell...but only in self defense does she have a right to touch that child...she should have just gone to the proper people (principle or school official) and let them handle it...the fact she walked back there and is bending over him doesnt look good..unless she is taking something from him that could cause harm....This just isnt a good angle....I looked agian...my view is too grainy
