don't do it when you have crossed over to the insane but, way before without anger or insanity... a little belt of correction is fine for disciplining... personally i have never used it and all my kids are past that age of discipline and they are fine.. i definitely swatted them but never on the bare butte with a belt... thought about it........ mommy is the only one i have done that with and she enjoys a bare handed spanking from time to time...lol!!!!
