Racism has many definitions, the most common and widely accepted being that members of one race consider themselves intrinsically superior to members of other races.
and said : I chose this answer because I hate how people bring it down to just black and white people. There are many races in this world and their ALL capable of rasicm. However, We were once told to watch this video on rasicm in school and the ONLY race that was not shown being so, was black. This included a section on mexicans being racist againts eachother, even. When I asked why they left that out, six black kids in the back of the room called me racist. When I asked them why, they said; "Black people aren't racist, it's just you white people." Another black girl in the room asked him why the statement he made wasn't racist and he said it was cause he was black. Later on he looked shocked to see me walking down the hall with my best friend who was also, black. We're still really great friends. I just think that if everyone got over themsevles, rasicm wouldn;t exist. We all bleed the same color, go through the same trials and try to raise our kids right, why should it matter what we look like? Aren;t we all human?

and said : Everyone needs to realize that just because YOU have a great paying full-time job does not mean that every place that is hiring is doing so for full time or even for more then five hours a week. There are a lot of people out there who DO need to get off their ass and look, but for a lot of other people, it's geographical. There are loads of people out there filling out their apps and making call backs. There are only so many places to work. Respectable jobs that people have degrees for are downsizing, and you say work at burger king? You do realize that the unemployment would pay more that BK would and why not stay unemployed if your making more money that way and you have a family to support? Look out for number 1? I'm sorry Mr. president, a lot of people out of work have kids, and therefore need to look out for them. Only half the people out of a job right now are being lazy about it. There just aren't real jobs out there and even if Joe Schmoe gets a job at Walmart, that still won't pay most adults real bills. Forclosure, anyone? I'm sorry we're not all heads of states and countries, but we need real solutions not a freaking pep talk. We're not idiots, we know what the hell we should be doing but when you have 20 open jobs in one area and 50 people who need a job, how exactly does THAT fit your stupid statistic? I know a lot of people are mooching off of the system, and that pisses me off too, but I have been out there and before I FINALLY got my job, there wasn't anything out there. In my area Even BK and Walmart weren't hiring. So we should just suck up outsourcing and move on with our lives? How many more people will we tell to suck it up when the government okays taking their jobs to China? Be realistic.

and said : well yes and no. there should be more rigerous participation on the websites behalf to make sure the kids really are f said age. However. People cannot blame a website for the lack of dicipline in their children. Where do they learn these things? The parents? Friends? Maybe it's time for American parents to start acting like real parents. Find out what you kids are up to. Explain to them that if they do things like this, you will support them but they will be repremanded. Kids need to be told that this is unacceptable and need to be dealt with for doing these things. The number one reason they do things like this is because they think they will get away with it and they are allowed to do whatever they want. Someone on youtube shoudl be monitoring newly posted videos. There are programs that will let you search data based on certain keyywords, such as fight, beating or whathave you. Yes, teh sites need to be more involved in what gets posted but where the hell are teh parents while this is happening?
