My favorite genre and favorite book is...
and said : Sci-Fi Fantasy. Takes me away from the real world. There is a distinct difference between good & evil. I have read many of great books in this genre, but my all time favorite I read years ago is "Fortress In The Eye Of Time". It is not simply a story of good & evil but of the learning and discovering of one's self and through that, the willingness to sacrifice all for the good in the name of true friendship & loyalty. I just discovered there are sequals..... I can't wait to get my hands on them!

That is so true......
and said : We live in "Generation Rude". Many children are not being taught or expected to use basic manners. My mom thaught I was tuff on my two when they were little.....saying please & thank you is second nature. I'm offended when they have friends visit who can't express good manners and rejoice in the ones who do.

and said : It has tremendous medical benefits to ease the suffering of many different illnesses. My natural father died of AIDS some 15yrs ago. He'd battled the disease for over 10 years before succumbing. Towards the end the physical breakdown of his body was devistating and marijuana was one "relief" to the constant pain he endured. He was at a point in his illness it didn't matter if it was legal or not. It helped him get through and make each remaining day more bearable. Yes, it should be leagalized for medical use. We should not deny those who could use or need the medicinal benefits over a social stigma.

and said : Family is the root of it all......you express a variety of emotions from happiness & anger to pride & disapointment almost daily. Nurturing and protecting your loved ones last a lifetime. I would never have been complete without my family, both human & animal, as they fullfill me spiritually & emotionally.

I think that the government should...
and said : I personally believe the government has gotten involved in too many of our "personal" affairs. They need to stick to governing the people & the nation. The big auto makers like any other struggling business should restructure their spending habbits, produce a more efficient product to compete with the foreign market. Businesses come & go all the time.....why is it the governments responsibility and ultamately, "our's" as the tax payer to support another corporate bail for poor management practices? It's not & shouldn't be.

and said : Every year we seem to cut back more & more. Chirstmas has become so commercial with decorations and advertisements out before Halloween has come and gone. I use to look forward to and enjoy the Christmas Holiday....Sadly, now I almost dread it.

this is what I think...
and said : We have lots guns in the house. All are in a safe with gun locks. Our children have been taught how to operate & shoot most of them. My 15yr old son is quite a marksman, my daughter could care less. It is about teaching them safety and responsibility. We don't keep them accessable at any time for use when there is no supervision. I can trust my children handeling them, but I can not trust thier friends.

and said : I do not approve of gay marriage. I do belive to disallow it restricts a person's personal rights and freedom. That is one of the great things about our nation, "Personal Freedom". I voted "No" on 8

and said : We moved into a new track of homes 9 yrs ago. My mother warned me to keep my neighbors at arms reach. Be social and corgial, but don't make them your "buddy". I didn't listen and after a few years of neighborly bliss we all "really" got to know each other.... now most of us do little more than snarl at one another from across our lawns. I sould have listend to my mom :(
