and said : I think it was promoting environmentalism and science over superstition, and to some extent there is an anti-McCarthyist theme. Remember the Wickersham brothers? BTW, I haven't seen the recent remake which is probably different than the classic. But I can see how you might see it as a parable for faith in the unseen. There is also a lesson that one person may be powerless, but together we can be heard. "We are here, we are here, WE ARE HERE!!!!"

No, it means nothing
and said : It means nothing regardless of whether the person is atheist, Christian or other. There is no legal or Constitutional requirement for swearing in on a Bible, end of story. It is symbolic, nothing more.

I LOVE THIS..............
and said : Breathtaking. Water effects in movies using miniature models with actual water never look realistic because the fluid mechanics doesn't scale. This has the potential to look even more realistic than the real thing (or at least miniaturized models).
