No they will not hear the case.
and said : IMO the court will find a technical issue on which to base not hearing the case which is a grave injustice to the American People, due process, the rule of law and the consttituion since Obama has refused to respond to court corders to release a "vault" copy of his birth certificate and even went so far as to seal his school records which may contain information about his citizenship. The way Obama has handled this proves he lacks ethics and placed himself above the court by not responding to the deadline to release documents and disrespected the court. Why is there such a problem with releasing information that should be open to the piblic in the first place and should have been verified by the DNC before accepting him as a candidate for President. I read posts that stated since he was a Senator and state represenattive that he must have proven his citizenship in the past. It seems Obama supporters don't know the only office that the constituion requires you be a natural born citizen to run for it is the US Presidency so this would not have been an issue before he decided to run for President. It would have been so easy to release the required docments before the election voluntarilly as McCain did when his citizenship status was questioned since he was born in Panama but Obama chose, as in other situations where he doesn't like the questions, just not to respond and stall under the election was over. Since it is against the law him to even have run if he is not a natural born citizen I would think the DNC and Obama would want to clear up all questions abut his citizenship before he take the oath of office. The court should demand Obama respond before he is allowed to take the oath of office and become Presdient. I don't see where Obama benefits from his actions uinless he has something to hide. The media shoudl be all over this and apply pressure toi the DNC and the court to resolve this issue and not just swipe it under the rug. Obama needs to learn no one is above the law an d the constituion.

and said : We all need a laugh to help ease up the stress many us us are under daily--and it's about time someone is not afraid of offending the Muslims. Comedy should be an equal opportunity experience but Muslims seem to even get upset over cartoons. This should not mean we exempt them from jokes when no other religion or group is exempt. It does appear Obama wants to exempt himself and family from jokes or even having to respond to court orders.

and said : Obviously Russia has decided now is the time to flex it's muscle and counter our influenece with NATO and it's former states with what they have wanted since the 60's a sphere of influence in our own back yard. How far will they try to go and how far will we allow them to go this time? Would Obama have the strength and determination to keep the Russians from setting up missles in Latin America or Cuba as President Kennedy did in the 60's?

I think that...
and said : Education has lost it's way just like the rest of American ideology. Japanese and Indians surpass us in computer technology and many businesses in the US outsource service to these countries. The sciences, math, history and the constituiton need to retruen along with Gym or physcial education.

and said : Bill would be great at whatever he decides to do but I don't know if he would wnat to be in the Senate afte having been President, especially with the seniority needed to be a chairperson of an important committee. But IMO if Bill wants it give it to him. I'm sure he would find a way to lead and make his mark.

and said : It is imperative to help those who were mislead into mortgages by greedy realtors and lenders with so called no document loans. These people believed the realtors who provided the appraiser, lawyer and lender to put the deal together. Little did they know that no one was really looking out for their interests but they were all working together to make big commissions. The borrower does not see the paper work the realtor submits to the lender and does not really know what the realtor has listed for income. The buyer doesn';t get a copy of the appraisal but is told it passed and most don't think to ask for a copy. You show up at the closing and find out the terms are not the same ones you had discussed with the realtor but are very different from interest rates to interest only for ten years and hidden ballon payments 10 yeras down the road for $50,000. Where are you to get this high of a ballon payment? As you start to discover these things and question them you are told you've got no,choice this or nothing and all the plans are made--what do you do? The realtor assures you that this is a bandaide and in a year maybe 18 months you can refinance at a better rate and better terms but then the market collapses and you owe more on the house than it is valued at and refinancing is ut of the question. Eventhough you have made all your mortgage payments, tax and insurance payments on time it means nothing. You are trapped. Lenders should be forced to renegotiagate the terms with these borrowers as long as they can prove they have the ability to make future payments. It does not benefit the lender or the surrounding homes to force this good homeowner who has never been late into a state of desperation due to the home devaluations and because he/she believed these people were honest. Meanwhile the interest only the lender has made a lot of money and the principle has never been reduced meaning equity never builds up. The paperwork the realtor submitted to the lender should be released to the borrower so they can see just what was reported for income and if it was inflated by the realtor to pass the deal. You should not have to wait until you are near foreclosure to seek help. Why not be able to seek help at the first signs there is going to be problems due to the unscrupulous way realtors ran the show in the early 2000's? Head the trouble off before it becomes full blown and out of control.

Obama closed his school records and did not respond to the court deadline to release a "vault" copy of his birth certificate before the election placing himself above the law and disrespecting the courts. Now that he has been elected it seems the courts are going to find a technical issue on which to deny hearing the case and getting at the truth.

and said : Instead of getting all heated up why not get to the core of the problem, Michelle Obama has never had a job that beefited anyone but herself--she worked for an at profit hospital that mistreated poor people, and was on the Board of Directors of Toll (?) House Foods which emplys Latinos at low wages with no benefits and has a worse record than WalMart which Obama critized as a demon company. As soon as her husband was elected to the Senate she got a raise over $100,000 per year, why? Michelle Obama has not done any work with the poor or for organizations that help the poor. Her work history is one of self interest. Check it out along with her college records. As for our President elect, he placed himself above the law on more than one ocassion and has a pattern of just not responding when he does not like the questions. When Obama did not respond to the court deadline to release a "vault" copy of his birth certificate he disrespected the court and placed himself above the law. When McCain was questioned about being born in Panama he produced the documentation to prove he is a natural born citizen without having to be brought to court. Obama first provides a forged birth certificate and then refusing to respond to the court order to release a "vault" copy of the birth certificate places a cloud over his ethics. Review the history of both Obama's and it becomes clear this is a purely oppotunistic couple out for no one but themselves.

Obama went so far as to seal his school records, why? Now that he is President elect the Supreme Court is going to swipe this under the rug not ruleing on the issues but finding an excuse not to hear the cases that some citizens have brought before the courts. Alos the FEC will most likely not audit the Obama camps' fundraisng which has many illegal contributions and questionable foreign donations. Obama will become President under a dark cloud and establish his private security force.
