I will at least look at the top five songs or so, and maybe even switch to a new one while I am there.

Yes. You can't be Catholic and be pro-abortion!
and said : If one 'chooses to Follow' a religious Faith, then they should consider the values and teachings of that Faith. Unfortunately, many today see church as a 'social event' and make Faith null. As for 'is voting for Obama a sin? I prefer to leave a better Judge to judge that. Personally, I could not in 'good faith' vote for one who is pro abortion.

But, Realistically, you would have the 'same' problem in attitude as we have with the banks Congress, Automakers, etc. --- Temporary 'remedy' that only creates hunger for more with no learning from the mistakes.

No, the citizens have voted twice and the ban should stand regardless of court's opinion.

Where are the ones who cry 'democracy, majority rule'? First, America is a Republic of States, not a Democracy of states that could flip at a whim. But, America is not even a 'pure republic', America is a Constitutional, Representative Republic for the protection of the people. Second- The people have voted in Legitimate election, and have spoken their conviction. To overrule that conviction vote Will be an 'undermining' of the peoples voice. This Nation was designed with the Courts being the weakest power for the very reason that we have seen in many matters. The courts are Never to Make Law, for in so doing, the courts overthrow all of the Republic.

and said : Interesting Question. In todays climate it is hard to say. I do think the votes would have been closer. And I do think that Had Obama been white and selected Biden, then McCain 'could' have won. The best comparison [in my judgement] is to compare Walter Mondale's run for the Presidency. I think they had 'similar philosophies in relations to politics.

I think the Republicans need to really overhaul their focus.
and said : They seem to have been [since 1996] playing 'who should i please', when they should be deciding to find a solid place to stand and to Stand. If that be Conservative - so be it. if that be Liberal -- So be It. But the Republican Party needs to choose soon.
