and said : It can be. Depends on the flag, and if it stands for the nation, what the nation stands for, and if the flag stands for an idea. I see that we're apparently talking about the U.S. flag so I'll say this: the flag stands for the ideas indirectly of rebelling against what's wrong; that's what the U.S. was built off of, rebels in America, and the 13 stripes represent the 13 colonies built by the people who stood against what was wrong. And I feel it's disrespectful to those people to disrespect the flag. But modern U.S. is a bunch of people who don't do anything, and believe all they see on the news. They sit around and watch TV, and I feel those people haven't earned any respect from me.

Matt Murphy has to auction the ball he caught, the 756th record-breaking home run ball that Barry Bonds crushed out of the park (or at least into Matt's hot little hand). Since the 21-year-old will be taxed on the "gift," he has to give it up. This kid doesn't have a bank account and he knows it will cost more money than anything to keep it. Do you think this is fair - that the government should tax him on a baseball. *PS for fans: you can bid on the item at Sotheby's/SCP Auctions on August 28.

Not at all as much as they used to be but they've moved on to more mature issues in some of their lesser known songs...Then again in most of their recent and popular songs, they are pop-punk which really should just be classified as pop because it's meaningless bullshit

President Bush came into office months after a drawn out battle over ballot counting. Then months later Al Qaeda killed over 3,000 Americans in a suicide terrorist attack -- the worst foreign attack American soil. Our allies in Europe have surrendered to radical Islam and peaceniks at home want to end an ugly war in Iraq. Fear mongers warn of supposed impending global destruction because of man-made daily activity of living in a modern world. The president has an angry, Liberal media against him that won't relent. Even elected officials have made improper comments about the commander in chief during a war -- a Democratic congressman from Minnesota just compared him to Hitler.

Now is the worst time (terrorism, Iraq, media, etc...)
and said : yeah id say now due to constant harassment by media and everyone despite whether they know what's really going on or not. I don't like Bush but I can't blame him what's gone wrong.
