What surprises me is not one economist has had the courage to spell it out to the American People, just for the mere sake of maintaining capitalism. It's called Exploitation; The real state/mortgage market and state appraisers have pushed the envelope on what is a realistic cost, for something that should reflect a close assumption, on the true value and worth for a single family dwelling in America. As it stands now, the exploited prices which lenders offer in the way of a loan from banks, will take two to three families to afford a single family home. My mother bought her first housr in Los Angeles in 1958 at a cost of $18,000. That same house fifty years later, is older more used-up and ridden with termites at a sell price $399,000, today. What has happended in fifty years? The need for people wanting a house hasn't changed; greed of course has.

and said : Most of us know that the Bush administration had dropped the ball in 2001. Known to the entire world as 9/11; I truly believe the four planes that were out of communications with FAA for more than two and a half hours and definitly headed in the wrong directions, while at the same time were being monitored by FAA, was a tall tale sign that something was wrong. Conspiracy; Hell yes, our government let this happen. They forgot that the need for the many out weighted the need of the few or the one. Where was our leadership? Probable somewhere in an undisclosed location; we all know the rest, which was the war in Iraq; A classic case of misdirection. The Tipster:
